Houses of Hope International (HOHI) establishes homes to provide a safe and caring environment for children who have been orphaned and abandoned.

Our strategy is to provide love and guidance via a mother and a father in a healing home environment.

Our distinctive is that we believe that family is the healing and empowering agent for the child.

We have assembled our team through proven relationships over the last decade. We share the HOHI vision, and are committed to making it a reality. Invigorated by your participation, together we will change the world for these boys and girls.

Houses of Hope International has been developing humanitarian projects worldwide since 1998 and to date there are 26 homes for children, in five countries around the world. HOHI is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Burma Relief
Cyclone Nargis - 140,000 dead or missing.
At HOH Yangon, Samuel, Mercy and 27 children had their small home destroyed. Though they faced extreme hardships, they shared their stores of food with their neighbors. The older children lovingly cared for the babies, as they all survived in one makeshift room.

A church in Florida donated $35,000 so this special family could have a new home. Property and plans are ready!
Good news – Samuel and Mercy have taken in four new boys, all of whom were left destitute by the cyclone. They are adjusting to their new family. HOH Yangon is expecting to take in more children in the coming days. They are undaunted – and they inspire us all.
